An annual maintenance contract which includes one maintenance visit per year. In addition you will receive 15% discount on all Setaram spare parts exchanged during the maintenance visit (consumables excluded).

A Bronze Contract with the additional security of a system calibration and certification

gold contract Gold Contract
A comprehensive support contract that includes, not just a verification visit but an emergency response visit from one of our engineers. In addition you will receive 15% discount on all Setaram spare parts exchanged during the maintenance visit (consumables excluded).
customized contract Customized Contract
An annual contract which includes as many preventive maintenance visits per year as you may need, and emergency response visits from one of our engineers. In addition you will receive 15% discount on all Setaram spare parts exchanged during the maintenance visit (consumables excluded).
  • Training: our technicians train customers on routine maintenance and calibration procedures.
  • 3Q is a full IQ/OQ/PQ process and verification of your system and data quality provided for customers who require a high degree of confidence in the data provided. This includes verification of performance as well as full documentation of process and procedures that need to be followed with your system.
